Majestic Mountain Sage
Uses less than majestic customer care!

This morning I placed an order over the internet to Majestic Mountain Sage. I have placed other orders with them and never had a problem until today. My credit card was "declined" by them. So I double checked all of my information address, phone number etc etc. Double checked the amount available on the card. There was no reason for this to be declined. I tried another card, same thing happened. My thought at that moment was there had to be a mistake and I would call them and work it out later in the afternoon.

So I sit down this afternoon and pull up the information on both card. They were BOTH charged and it went threw. So I had to search the internet to find a phone number for them since they do not publish it on their site. I found it and called them. When I explained the issue the immediately got rude and told me it was my fault. Then transfered me to someone named Tina who told me to, "F* Off!" and hung up on me.

I was floored. How did it get to that point? I was never arguing with them, just asking for help. When I called back they hung up on me several times in a row. So now I have to deal with the credit card companies. I would have preferred for them to just tell me how to fix this and get the order filled. Now I must not only fix this problem with my credit cards but find a new supplier.

Never in my life has someone used such brutal language with me, not even my ex-husband. They are horribly unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to do business with them in the future.
