I, like many others, wanted to warn people about a so called credit card offer through Majestic Benefits. I got a call yesterday from them offering me the same credit card with the same 5,000 limit with the SAME 299.00 fee. Well, I thought I did the right thing by waiting and thinking it over and having them call back today. When they did, I asked every question known to man! I thought I knew what I was doing. They actually told me it was an UNSECURED mastercard! So I gave them my bank information. Then they said someone would call me back within about ten minutes to confirm and they would record my information. Well, I decided to get on here and check them out BEFORE the people called back to confirm and guess what I found!!! All of these messages about what a rip off they are!

SO when they called back to confirm, they told me that they were going to start recording and that everything should be answered with a simple yes or no answer. That is when I told them that I am NO LONGER INTERESTED and that I DO NOT want the card. The guy simply hung up on me. So I am in hopes that since they did not "confirm" my allowing them to debit my checking account, that they will not actually take out the money. THAT would be illegal. I did not authorize them to do so. I also called my bank and she suggested that I change my checking account number so that they will not have access to it. I declined to do that because it is too complicating, so she said if they DO take out the money to call the bank back and dispute it because without me authorizing it, that is considered fraudulant. So please, anyone who has been contacted by this company, DONT FALL FOR IT! You may never see your 299.00 again, and you sure wont get the 5,000 unsecured credit card that you THINK you are getting! These people should be behind bars!!
