I received a call today from a rep of Majestic Benefits who informed me then when I applied for a credit card I was declined and they had picked it up to off me a $5000 limit credit card.

Somehow they had all my information such as my bank account number and the last four of my social; my address and anything else they had me comfirmed. Needless to say this report I am filling out is not the first one I have seen and is why I am doing it.
After they had me confirm everything I was told I would get a call back within twenty minutes of a "Record Officer" whom job is it to use a recording device to get you to accept all the temrs and pay $299 for a "SECURED" credit card (which I later found out it was a secured, which basically means you need to put money in it to get credit of it. Very simular to a a debit card).

After talking to the "Record Officer, " I made perfectly clear that I do not want to participate, and I do not want an account with them. I made certain that I said the words, "I do not authorize you to extract money from my account of any amount."

After that the guy was extremely rude... And so was I to him after that.

After talking to him, I had called up my bank and they assured me that they did not sell any information to such a company or any company for that matter. They "Red Flagged" my account to ensure that Majestic Benefits would not take money out of it. A recording device can very well be altered and you really don't have to be all too smart to do it either.

Basically, to anybody who may read this. Becareful; with this company! I have seen, and heard that they are a fraudulant company. Please beware before conducting any activity with them.

I understand that this is a "complaint, " and though it did not get taken that far, I wanted you share with people what had happen so they can afford the same mistake I did.
