Ripoff, scam artist, theives, liars, bad credit devils

I recieved a call from a pleasant woman stating that she was from Majestic Benefits and I have been approved for a $5000.00 credit card. I was very excited being that I am planning a wedding and I needed the $5000.00. She said that I just had to pay the one time fee of $299.00 and when the draft cleared my account, withing 30 days I would recieve my card.

Oh this is the kicker, I also won a free vacation to any destination of my choice. I agreed and I gave her my information and then the confirmation office called and said just answer yes or no the following questions and he asked very quickly gave me a confirmation number and telephone number and hung up the phone. I did not hear anything from this company until I called them after the draft cleared my checking account and a co-worker checked the BBB and retrieved 76 complaints about Majestic Benefits.

At that time I contacted Majestic and stated my concerns of being scammed by them. They told me I agreed to this cash card and I did not. I requested my money back and they refused to give me my money back. I went to my bank and they said since I did authorize the withdrawal they could not do anything to help. It has been 2 months and I have not recieved the credit card or "benefit package" and when I called them concerning this I was told that I could request a refund by letter but the doubt I would get it and they would put another request in for another package. I asked if there was someone above her that I could speak with or another telephone number that I could call, she responded that the managers are in the sales dept and the came only make calls, they could not recieve calls.

I then reuquested if I could leave my telephone number in order for them to call me. She responded by saying that she does not have access to this department. So I got irate and again demanded my money back, at which point she hung up the phone and I haven't been able to talk to anyone since that. This company is a legal theive. We need to come together and stop this company forever. Our government needs to stop companies especially Majestic Benefits from stealing from honest, hardworking citizens.
