Too much trouble

In regards to a month a chance I visited SETEL and singed up for phone and DSL. I settled 93.00 for that catch price, DSL modem and other costs. The neighborhood office explained that I'd have support with-in 7 to 10 times. It had been 14 days before I'd telephone support. After I first got it I named and attempted to locate where my modem was, They explained it'd be delivered by UPS. Then after 2 more times later however no modem. And so I named the neighborhood workplace to locate where it had been. The individual explained I'd to get hold of the local office concerning the modem. They advise me that it had beennot delivered by advantages that it'd be delivered to the PO box. Okay today in the end this the local office shows that icant get DSL company where I stay. I understand of atleast 3 people who has it in my own neighborhood. There a DSL slammer at the conclusion of my road. Today the local office shows me that I've to obtain a friend to provide their telephone number therefore SETEL may contact them to verify the DSL service. The neighborhood office inform me that I will get DSL. I'm going to hit my top. Why must an individual undergo so much difficulty simply to get anything. Why did not the neighborhood workplace inform me they I would not have the ability to obtain the support.
