I've been looking to get gasoline for nearly 6 months today. The very first fourteen days I named our regional workplace and was informed they'd place my title about the listing. Week three, however no fuel. I subsequently chose to contact the Nationwide customer service point. They described they were shifting to some new computer system plus they might contact the neighborhood office. Week 4, no gasoline, no telephone call, nothing. Week 5, I again contact the Nationwide quantity (simply because they report calls and that I needed an archive of my recurring demands), they ultimately obtain the nearby workplace to contact me back. Today the justification is I "dropped off" the EZ pay plan in September since we "hadnot been spending enough". Well I came across this difficult to think since I have had gasoline shipped twice last period with no problem. Additionally, we'd bought a fuel hearth and tankless hot water heater that people borrowed through them. We'd been spending each month on our consideration. So that they were designed to resubmit our demand towards the corporate credit workplace (it was Wed 11/3) the neighborhood workplace assured me-she works with this and contact me back. It's today per week later Wednesday, with no phone, nevertheless no gasoline, nothing. Horrible, terrible customer support.
