Could not change the telephone down required the player out but still the same occurs. We proceed the neighborhood workplace and demonstrate to them what's happening plus they stated oh this really is under warrenty and it'll charge $11 to obtain a refurbished telephone. Therefore we purchase it plus they declare it'll be in regards to a week for that telephone in the future in. Following A week we return in to the shop plus they reveal oh we forgot to-order the telephone so that they reveal we shall purchase you another telephone and it'll be here Wednesday 02/24/10. I contact the shop today 02/25/10 to become informed that it may be here-some time in a few days not actual positive. I clarify it has been happening for nearly per month today and that I have now been spending my statement promptly never delayed. He explained oh, what would you like me to complete.
