They said they will not fix my laptop that is under warranty

I bought a Laptop at Circuit City three years ago and I got an Extended warranty in case I had any problems with the laptop. I have One year 6 months left on the warranty. Now that I have an issue with my computer, they blame that the issue was caused by me and say that they wont fix it. The part that I'm having issues with is inside of the computer on the motherboard. They say that I must have jammed the wireless card into the slot too hard or that I must have pushed down laterally on it, but I know I didn't do either of those things. I hardly ever put my card in and out and probably gave it much less use than an average person would. How could I break something inside of the laptop? He then told me that if it was a common problem that they would repair it but that he does not see this every day he will not fix it. He said that I must have broken it. They were asking me if I was jamming screw drivers into my computer. WHY WOULD ANYONE DO THAT?!? I'm a teenager in High school and I respect everything I own. [Because I don't have to money to go buy new things all the time]

They said I have to pay to get this fixed and until I get it fixed they wont fix any other problems. This sounds like they are trying to get my money from the warranty and do no work at all. They are trying to stall me so they don't have to fix it before the warranty ends. My parents have spent a lot of time talking to them on the phone and they won't do any thing. My parents said they wanted to do a mediation but the manager told us to hire a lawyer. When my mom explained to him that mediation does not require a lawyer, we asked to talk to someone else that knows about mediation and he said well you need to talk to someone in the legal dept. The manager on the phone would not tell us any information or any phone numbers to call. We asked what we could do and he said,
"Well we're not going to do anything."
