DVD's adv on main site turned out to be fraudulantly POOR QUALITY - Store laughed

My family and I were looking for some DVD's in the U. S that had not come out in Australia yet. I stumbled upon the Movie2u site as it was very prominant in the Google search. I see it has since become a lot harder to find??? The site looks very professional, pictures of DVD's are of authentic U. S released DVD's, payment methods available, contact us if you need help. Anyway I ordered 4 DVD's, paid postage to Australia and some 2/3 weeks later they arrived. They were flat packed, with Chinese writing on them and most had a variation to the picture I had chosen from on their website.
1 is of so bad quality there is barely any color left in the characters clothing and the others range in the severity of grainy texture to them.
My kids started by watching the 'colorless' DVD first, and outraged at the quality I e-mailed Movie2u, only to be told that they would replace the DVDb when I put in another order. Anyway after watching all the 4 DVD's it became obviously clear that the DVD's were fraudulant copies. I again e-mailed the company only to be sent back the same letter they had written from before. At no stage did they attempt to constructively work out the problems. However for you amusement, they did say that and I quote 'we dont care we get people like you all the time'. I have asked to speak to management, only to have supposedly recieved messages back from management. I assume their may only be 1 boffin running the show. Please steer clear, this moron will take you for a ride and offer you/your kids dissapointment.
