This Website charged me for merchandise and never delivered, I Got Ripped Off Internet

I went to this website (www.rs4king.net/contact.Asp) looking to buy merchandise for a game i play online, they offer assorted prices for numerous items, when i chose what i wanted i was forwarded to paypal to pay, i did i paid via my mastercard, i'm already talked to paypal about this and they've forwarded this to their fraud dept. Once i paid i sent numerous email's to the email support address on their website and haven't gotten not one response from them, i even tried their live support chat link and it came up invalid or forbidden, its a fake chat support link... Next thing i know their website was shut down (suspended) for nearly two days, next thing i know now their website is back up and running, with new prices for items and their chat support link still doesn't work. But their paypal email address has changed, was a different one before. They ripped me off and I'd like someone to shut them down before they rip off some1 else and shut their website down again and make another email to keep ripping people off. Their old paypal email address before they ripped me off was jsdfecvxbsr@yahoo.com and now its back up and running with a different paypal email address to rip off more people that address is tasdznmesdew@yahoo.com, the amount i got ripped off for 10.03, i know this is a small amount to be mad about but if 10 people are ripped off for the same amount it all adds up to big money, and it's not right to let this happen to you nor anyone else, if this website is not busted soon, the owner will just rip off someone else and create new names and email address's to do the scam all over again.
