Budk they lie and do not return postage, no q.C. & they do not respond ripoff

I received an ordered sword with a broken pommel. I called & asked about postage when I returned the item. I was told they no longer mailed return postage stickers, but I would be reimbursed. I send the sword back with the order for a replacement. No postage came.

The second sword was in worse condition with holes in the box inside the packing box. I called again & mentioned the missing postage. I was told send receipts & explanation to Melissa Griffin at their address. I did so.

After I returned the second sword (I did not order a third) I followed the same instructions for the postage. And waited.

When I returned the second one I made an order for 2 different items. One of them came supposedly with 3 functions, but only one worked. As I had waited so long for reimbursement I now wrote to customer service about their unkept promise and the non-working item I was afraid to send back.

The third letter was mailed on June 22. I'm still waiting.

Just for the record - I've always been a good customer, and when I received something that I just didn't like & returned for other merchadise or replacement I always paid my own postage. Their lying & treatment of a good customer is a great way to prevent future sales. So BEWARE, BEWARE, and be forewarned - DO NOT TRUST THEM.
