Does not deliver what they promise

I recently ordered an item with Lewt.com. I won't describe their business because the user above me did so quite effectively. I was trying to purchase some gold for an online game World of Warcraft. Well I was very patient in the matter and their customer service was quicker to respond than the individual described.

However the information I was given was never accurate. Their deliver times are disgraceful. I had ordered a product and waited for over a month for an something that was supposed to take from 24-72 hours.

I contacted their customer service several times and was always informed that my order was being worked on or that hopefully I would be recieving it shortly. There was little lack of any compasion for the customer in this company and everyone seemed to have something more impportant to do. I even emailed their feedback and recieved no response.

After waiting for over a month I decided I was going to get a refund. So I intiated the refund through paypal and then emailed their support. They responded with this:

"Hi,
We have no record of your order under this e-mail address. Please reply back with the Paypal transaction ID# or the Paypal Receipt # so we may assist you.

Fortunately for me, I had kept all of my information including my Paypal ID and the log of the conversation I had with their customer support. So whether they were trying to rip me off or not, I leave for you to decide but I had all the information I needed to prove I had not recieved my purchase. So they refunded my purchase and I left this company throughly unhappy.

Went to another company I found online ordered over twice the volume of what I bought from them and recieved it in just hours instead of waiting month with no response. So don't purchase with this company they do not deliver their products like promised.
