Jumped the shark! Ripoff

Ok,
so they are messing with me bad.
My website disappears and my inquirys lead to the fact that I was over on bandwidth. Well, I got no notice of being over or that I was being pulled for being over. (they usually send notices of being over on bandwidth) Had I recieved a notice I could have checked to see if it was a spider or something.

But they have also made my internal files unavailable so I cant even check my bandwidth usage so I have to trust what they are saying even though, no notice prior.
But I think this is retaliation because I purchased another web site and by the time I had it up and running, on the day I was showing it to clients, I couldnt access it.

I sent a ticket and they said they were doing maintenance. (during mid day)

And I had problems uploading and accessing another web site I host through them and sent a ticket asking why. Seems that the problem was mine since they found nothing on my end.

I've had it with them.
When I asked for my money back on the newly purchased site, they confused it with one I've had for years. Like so not paying attention.

They used to be a great company, but they have seriously lost it.
I'm moving on to another place!
