Web site connectivity problems and web site disappeared ripoff

Been having problems for at least a year now.
Have been with them since 2001.
All of a sudden my web site is gone.
Disappeared.
But prior to that, had major troubles connecting to my site and uploading changes.
The ticket response is bs.
"We didnt find a problem on our end"
they have gone down hill and I'm going to switch all my sites to somewhere else.
Found a great new place for a similar cost.
Hostfor2bucks has jumped the shark in my book!
