Bandwidth Limiting

At no time, and with reported requests of verification, did clear ever mention any type of usage or bandwidth limitation.in fact, they verified, several times, that there was NO BANDWIDTH LIMITATION.

When we purchased the plan, they verified we had no bandwidth limitation.

However, now I find that our broadband connection is limited to 20kbs, about modem speeds. Ridiculous.

This was done without any notification of usage clause, without any prior warning, or without any notification what so ever.

Not only is this bad business practice, but based on the original contracts we signed, would be considered borderline illegal.

I don't mind if there are bandwidth limitations, but display them, put them in the contract, and give an early alert if the customer is approaching the bandwidth ceiling.

When paperwork you sign has NO MENTION of bandwidth limitation, and you cut it off, frankly I find it unjustifiable.

This is just begging a class action suit.
