Never Delivered Product

I am an office manager for a small sompany in Utah, and I ordered one single ink cartridge. I never got anything from them, so I decided to call the company to find out why they were never sent. I was put on hold, and was told by an automated machine that I was "Caller number 1, you're estimated wait time is 3 minutes" I waited for about 45 min on speaker phone. I also re-called the number and went to all the different prompts (i. E tech Support, press one, Sales press three, etc) they all forwarded to the same automated answering machine. The ink was a good deal, about fourteen dollars minus tax. Yet, I still never received it, and no one seems to be there to help me out with what happened to my ink!
