Continuous calls to wrong number ripoff

I'm emailing every CCS I can find on the internet.

I've received numerous calls on my home phone for an unknown person. When I answer a call, I hear a recording:

"If this is xxxxxxx, press 1
If you'd like for us to hold for up to one minute while this person comes to the phone, press 2
For our phone number and address, press 3"

No number is ever left.

I've attempted to press 1 previously thinking I would be able to speak to a person. However, I was simply disconnected after pressing 1. No rep ever came on the line.

Most of the calls occur while I'm at work and accumulate on my answering machine. There is no way, in such circumstances, to use the "press 3" option in order to call anyone back.

I've written other CCS listings only to get replies stating "it's not us, must be another CCS".

Does anyone have any idea which "CCS" uses this silly recording? And how to get them to stop and check what they're doing?
