888-543-5252 Unknown Caller Multiple daily calls, no identification available Unknown

I have been getting multiple calls from this number that are automated, but there is no one on the other end. I just "answer" and immediately press and hold the #1 key until the call disconnects.

I have done a thorough search on this number and came up with only one result, and it is on a japanese message board!

Reverse searches come up empty, and there is no info other than mine on whocalled.Us. They have called several times per day over the past 2 weeks. I have reported them for violation of the do not call list.

When we are not home, they never leave a message on the answering machine either.

I suspect it is a debt collector, but cannot confirm it at this point. I will be calling the number from a pay phone today, and will keep you all posted as to what i find out.
