EGlobal Wireless Fraud and Known Defective Product Sales - No support to resolve

Ordered 3 tablet computers for Christmas gifts. All 3 arrived defective. I've been calling everyday for 6 days leaving messages on the call support support system and have filed 2 support tickets online, never heard back on a single call or support ticket activity. No one ever answers the phone. I've tried calling at everytime of the day and have called over 30 times in total.
Since I can't get anyone to help with a replacement or general support I've filed an RMA through the automated system but the company policy says they charge a 25% restocking fee and no refunds on "Special Promotions" which is how they listed the product on the sales form. I have to belief they knowingly shipped defective product since they won't respond to any requests for support or replacement. I will file a dispute with the credit card company and see if eGlobal wants to respond to them. All in all the company is a total scam and clearly scrubs the press and marketing to ensure they don't get bad press. Don't even go close to them no matter how good it looks.
