Refused to Answer Legitimate Questions Froze my computer and Deceptive Downloads Ripoff

I tried a free copy of Superantispyware (.com). I downloaded their definitions and was offered a 1/2 price offer for their Professional Superantispyware service which I accepted. When I downloaded the product my computer froze. And then when I paid, I found out I received a DIFFERENT PRODUCT without an explanation, I received Superadblocker (.com) for $19.95.

When my computer froze, and I received a different product than I ordered, I became suspicious. I complained to the company, suspecting deceit, I mentioned that further suspicious activity would be directed to the Internet Authorities.

Nick replied, requesting order #, etc., claimed his company was reputable and claimed I threatened them (The threat was if they were deceptive). He still refused to answer my question about different names of product. I replied/inquired for the 3rd time. Then I receive a reply that they have discontinued my service, refunded my $, and still refused to answer my questions, which as a consumer, I am entitled to answers.

This is, indeed, an irreputable company. They substitute different programs for each other without explanation, cut you off for product (which I suspect is actual spyware - why else would they 'cover-up' legitimate inquiries).

Superantispyware and/or Superadblocker should not be doing business with the Public if they cannot account for their activities. Such deceptive websites should be shut down to protect the Consumer.
