I tried to purchase and/or load the software product (1/7) that was flashing on my computer as "necessary" to protect my computer from serious viral attacks. Once I complete the "yes" step to purchase the product, any name of the product disappeared, so I didn't have any contact information to follow up with. I also discovered that it froze up most functions on my computer. I shut down my computer for several days, until I could have a technition remove the virus product and repair the files of my computer so that I could use it again.
