Refused refund when software product did not work

I bought the software product and downloaded it. I could not use the product doe APA format. I informed the company. They refused to
refund my $50.

I contacted the Bettre Business Bureau and discovered the company has a lot of complaints. These people are deceptive and their product doesn't work.
