Refuse to refund money

I requested their item, obtained anything, after which decided I had beennot likely to require it in the end. I spoke for them via mail and telephone and was guaranteed I'd get a reimbursement when they obtained the merchandise inside the 30-day return screen.

Today they wont return my calls, e-mails, and sometimes even answer their telephones! It is best to think hard before applying this company.
