Ripped me off for over $3000 and I got $0 in return Ripoff

I heard the headline on the radio about being able to make money at home from a home based business. I called in to the number to find out what the program was all about. I was "lucky" enough to get to talk to the Manager of the company ADAM after I answered a few questions from the initial person that answered the phone.

ADAM went on to tell me about how they will set up these websites for me for $150. One site was a online casino and one a RX site. He told me time and time agian how they were all legit and been certified and all that crap. They offered to waive half the fees involved in startup until I made my first $1500. This was a show of how confident they were that this would work.

I was not convinced right off the bat. It did take a few phone calls from ADAM to convince me to get involved. I thought $150 to have a chance at making a good amount of money. What did I have to loose, I have friends that play online casinos all the time.

A week went by and I called in to see how things were going and see how to get more advertising done. He told me about this deal they had that they would advertise for me on the internet and guarantee me 50,000 hit a year. Being involved in advertising before I know the numbers and 50,000 people hitting a site should mean a good number of buyers. Not the case. I made a deal with him to pay $3000 up front and they wouldn't collect the other $3000 until I made my first $5000 which sounded like a good leap of faith on their part.

Checking the online back office that they set up I now have well over 50,000 hits on each site and not a single click through.

Now looking at it what do they care if they get the other $3000 I owe them when they got the first $3000 and moved on to the next person.

I have called back there a number of times and ADAM no longer works there. They take a message and no one ever gets back to me. They have e-mailed me a few times but it was the same e-mail I got when I first signed up.
Anyone getting involved in a lawsuit against them please let me know I am all for it.
