Earthlink Internet lied about their prices

In June I called Earthlink to ask just how much it'd be to maintain my earthlink email easily terminated support since Time-Warner was providing $29.95 Roadrunner offer. Earthlink agreed to complement $29.95 cost and that I stated I’d stick with them. Since that time, I’ve been billed $41.95 per month and can’t get anybody at Earthlink to supply guaranteed cost. We're retired on fixed budget and also the extra $12 per month is just a large deal to us. After I contact I get people in India who declare they'll repair and contact me back.

They can't give me several and so I may contact them back. I've requested for title and e-mail/telephone for leader of organization plus they claim they don’t contain it. I'm annoyed a business I've been client of for 15-20 years might handle a person such as this.
