PayPal PROTECTS the SELLERS SCREWS the BUYERS Internet

Purchased so called NEW 300 pairs of Sunglasses on 5-13-07, received them. Open the COIPER BOX packed like junk together with no protection at all. All Old styles over 7 years old, every pair was dirty and scratched. Seller claims they are new. Well after 42 days pay-pal decided to give my money back, BUT I HAVE TO PAY $16.88 to ship garbage back to the seller because he lied and e-bay and pay-pal protect them.

Buy the way the complaint gos away if the seller processes enough sells thru them in any given month - (this is from paypal) So for the right to get screwed by the seller, e-bay, and pay-pal I had to pay $16.88. Remember use a credit card only on paypal, if something go's wrong call your credit card company and file a claim, never pay by a checking account, if so they have you by the short hairs.

Never go thru pay-pal on a problem, why wait for your money. Also ask every question about a item to the seller before bidding on anything. If they do not respond in 24 hrs. Forget them. E-bay and pay-pal receive fees from the sellers not the buyers so who do they protect. Grant-it you can find some good deals on e-bay, but remember ask a ton of questions up front, do not assume anything with these people or you will lose MONEY. This is happing to everyone that flies a claim with pay-pal. They both make money from the seller of fees even when a claim is filed against a seller, plus the buyer has to PAY shiiping fees in order to get there mony back-minus cost of shipping back items.

A Class action suit needs filed against E-bay and Pay-pal to stop buyers from losing any money at all, plus have problems reviewed and finished in 48 hrs not 42 days. Any Lawyer reading this can contact me about doing a suit, I will lead the way.
