Ecash Street Fails to make good on promises, Misleading ripoff

In January I signed on with Save Avenue. They offered a money back guarnetee if no sales were achieved and also promised coaching servies. It turns out their coaching services are just a sales pitch to get you to spend more money. If you ask for any kind of help you are told to call yet another person or department.

After six months, Dan Marsh, a representative called because I still had no sales.in his opinion this was because of the lack of advertising. I explained that I was not going to put anymore more into the company as on the initial call they had told me that there would be no added expense and so on so forth. He made a deal with me that if I purchased advertising he would extend the guarntee until June of 07 and would include the advertising cost as part of the money back guarnatee. I have now tried to collect on the money back guarnatee as I still have had no sales and am told that this representative of the company had no authority to do so and was only with the company for a short time. I have documented proof of this transaction and the company acknowledges this but still are refusing to refund my money based on the fact it is past the initial one year period and that Mr. Marsh had no authority to offer this.

In my mind this make any person working for this company a pawn and can't be trusted as consumers who are to know who has authority over what. I invite you all to file a complaint with netcheck as Save Avenue is registered with them and boast about this on their web site.
