Money Back Guarantee Big Lie, Money Back Guarantee = A Big Joke! A Big Lie!

I subscribed to Save Avenue with the Executive package at $1795 with Money Back Guarantee if no sales after one year.

I did not have any sales on my website so After the year I asked to withdraw from this business and get my set up fees back.

I received a refusal from Save Avenue to send me my money back. They told me I failed to send back the money back guarantee certificate. That is not true and I contacted them immediately. I also send them all the documents and mail receipt etc...

I called them but the receptionist did not want me to talk to an executive. They were all "busy". Somebody was supposed to call me back. Three weeks later I still wait for their call. They are totally ignoring my mails or my calls.

I just want to share my bad experience with this company to avoid anyone to loose this kind of money! This company is everything but professional. They call you to sell you advertising packages but nobody find my phone number to talk to me about their decision not to give me my money back!
