Poor customer service - no resolution for multiple problems

I have been hosting with hostlane for around 5 years. For that first 4, these were excellent. Easily had an issue, which seldom occurred, I Would contact them-and they'd repair it. They outsourced their tech-support to India. For that previous year, NONE of my issues have already been solved. I have named them about programs that abruptly go wrong on my website and also the invariable reaction is the fact that my signal should be defective, when nothing within the signal has improved. The language barrier is difficult - personally I think that half the full time the assistance technology does not actually comprehend my issue, and obtaining a terry reaction from the corporate guide isn't just like getting able aid from people acquainted with the hosting environment. I eventually quit and changed to Verio. I no further cope with any organization with Indian techsupport. I do not desire to be prejudiced, but I require methods to my issues, and that Iam simply not receiving them.
