Beware!!! If they work on your house, make sure you hire a third party to babysit them, and get a lawyer lined up beforehand. They destroyed our lives!!! They do not know building code and you will pay 1/3 higher price than they quote. This is a new company with no quality building experience. Our project was many "firsts" for them, yet they will tell you they have years of experience. They do not write legal contracts and will try to take money without a contract. They will also threaten to walk off the job if you try to make them comply with current building laws. If you want to lose your life savings, call roma!
