Ripoff scam shady

I wanted to try an earn some extra cash and i kept recieving an email stating ebay workers needed i could get the start up kit for $1.95 so i signed up to get it when i recieved the packet it was not even affiliated with ebay whatsoever it was with a company called online supplier i was kinda disappointed with the contents in the packet and just discarded after all it was only $1.95 right? Wrong about a month later i recievd my bank statement and it said online supplier charged me 39.95 so i call them and they said i did not cancel my account that was activated. I demanded a refund because this was not what i signed up for online online supplier was not mentioned at all on the ad i responded to and now they want to keep my money what kinda crap is that online supplier you scandalous @#$%^&
