Worst Customer service and extremely insensitive

I am from New Orleans and the same the same thing happens in Louisana. I think they hire the rudest most ignorant people they can find to work there. Let alone the most incompetent. They act like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. DSL is slower but the people are much nicer and the phone lines usually work even if you don't have electricity. I know at least 10 people that lost there homes in hurrican Katrina and were displaced for at least a year. When they went to finance something guess what? Cox Communication reported major delinquency paying their bills on their credit reports! Can you believe that? Talk about insensitive! Your house is completely gone and guess what they want the old flooded cable box back as proof. We told them to have at it and look yourselves because we were not sifting through all that crap looking for a trashed cable box. Cox is the worst.
