Dooooooooooooooooo not, i repeat dooooooooooo not sign up for directtv. IT IS BY FAR the WORST service I have ever received or should I say still trying to receive. They leave you on hold for hours, the employees are incompetent and ready for the best part... If you want cable, internet and phone (like most of america has nowaday) gooooooood luck!!! You have to get it all seperately. One day for cable and another for phone. AND THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT WAIT AND WAIT SOME MORE (been waiting for 1 month now, when the agent told me it would be at my apartment before the phone was installed HAHAHAHAHAHA) FOR THE INTERNET CAUSE GUESS WHAT!!! ITS SELF INSTALLATION!!!

Do yourself a favor and never get direct tv.
