Absolutely the worst service!

Cox has been to my house 5 times in just over a week and cable still doesnt work and after missing a day of work for them to come to my house 5 days worth, all I got was a crummy $30 credit. The customer reps in the call center are so RUDE! I had to use my cell phone to call when my home phone went out and the guy told me that there was no drop in signal and that my phone is fine, I said yeah right! I just wanted to use up my cell phones minutes in the middle of a busy day to talk to you! Get real! They hire the RUDEST people! I have had cox for about six months and it has been a problem since the begining. I love AT&T but I cant get the high speed internet where I live. I cant wait for the opportunity to leave COX.
