Took my money and did not cancel my membership when was told to do so Ripoff

Ordered the packet got it in the mail late had to call in and have them resend the packet again was to be given 30 days from that time to cancel. I called in and talked to someone for help i got a man that was rude and did not have time to work with me on setting up a web sight nothing on line was helping me so i was told a manager would call me back after a few days he had not done so. I called back and told them i wanted to cancel my membership he told me to send the packet back. I did so. Then i started to get letters from a collection agency. They said that smc was trying to collect the money. I told them that i had canceled my membership they told me to contact smc. I did so. They told me at smc that my membership had been canceled andy they would call and take care of it. As you can see they did take care of it alright now they want to suey me for the 350.00 they say i owe after they already took 200.00 and did not give it back to me after they were to have canceled my membership.
