SELECTCARE BENEFITS NETWORK Spoke to someone named Fredie, he explained this over the phone, told us when we got packet we could cancel if we changed our mind, we canceled and they kept our money, for registration and medicine

We were told when we got the packet we would have a chance to cancel, but we returned the packet by Certified mail, then received a letter that they were not going to refund any of the money. They kept the membership fee plus the money for the insulin, this is not right. I am low income and was only looking for help with my medicine, and these people stole from me, they should have at least given the money back for my meds.
