Premire Shopping Rewards
Promised two gift cards and took $2.95 to try their product. I got nothing. Ten days later they took $19.90

Internet & Web

On 9/2 I had signed into a website to receive free stuff for my new grandson. That day I was called by a representative, who promised (2) $100 gift cards with no further action. She told me that I needed to pay shipping on my first delivery, and I would receive a membership packet in the mail in the next few days. She told me that if I was not happy with their program, I could cancel by phone within 10 days, or they would take $19.90 off my debit card. I kept waiting for this membership packet and my (2) $100 gift cards. Nothing came and I called them back to find out what had happened. I was unable to reach them. When I got my bank statemenmt I noted they had taken $19.90 out on 9/27. I called again and this time I talked with a gentleman who informed me he could not help me. He supplied me with a group# and membership #. He suggested I go online to contact the "Reward Team". I did so and was told that their company would not have offered two cards. They told me that it was a different company, and they couldn't help me. To date, I haven't received any membership packet, gift cards, or "free" merchandise.
