Charge after dispute transaction

I bought notebook from HP store online for $1609.79 and got email to confirm my purchased on November with my Quantum mastercard by Bank of America. I check online and find out later it charged me $1695.58.

I i called and talked to HP customer services3-4 times and to manager, it did not get resolved. I called my Bank of America credit card and explained to them, I called 3 times and got to send my receip copy from email and She said the financial will be lifted off after 3 month.

I called every times when my statement got a financial on it, 3 times on each statement every month and I said I 'm not gonna pay something that I did not owe and I disputed amount $1609.79 not the different $85.79, I got a letter from credit company on Jan02.

I paid the $1609.79 on the december statement, after that the financial keep coming every month, and I deduct the finacial chrge after I talked to customer service and I said "I am not gonna pay the financial I did not owe because I paid in full every month". I t still keep coming each month.

I called customerservice today 4/22, and said"you will take out finamcial charge after 3 month of disputes"
Do I have to deal with this kind of BS which I did not owe.

I said I will cancel mu credit card and told her to send me closing account and I will pay off all the balance plus financial i did not owe.

What should I do to deal with rule of Credit company financial scam.
