Tvaddicts. Tv - Dvdavenue. Tv charged me and did not deliver after five months with several contradictory excues, ripoff

On Dec 16 I ordered a DVD collection for $225.00 US. The TVaddicts clain to have shipped on Jan 31 which resulted in their claim that it arrived from Canada Post to my home and returned because a card was left that I did not respond to by picking the parcel up at the USPS office. I contacted Canada Post and they informed me that I requested they hold it. I did not make this request.

Following that, I send the exact location of the parcel to tvaddicts and they did nothing. Further, they claimed to reshipped the product, however I could not get tracking data.

It is also important to know that if anyone makes a purchase on-line that their money will be send to a bank in Isreal. So, we have a domain manager in miami, and operation in canada and account receivable in a foreign country.

I have alerted my local authorities and will soon speak with homeland security if my refund does not appear within the nine days that were promised.

I have saved emails and recorded chat that number in the 30 to 40 coorespondences and what I notice is that all of it is at lest ten days behind.

Since I have been the administrator of a commercial website, I know when I see that a site is unethical and stealing money from patrons.

Finally, since the domain owner is responsible for all activity, I have informed him that I WILL shut his site down and I DO know how to do so. Tvaddicts last statement was that my refund would be processed. I will wait and see before my counsel is involed.

After all of this I have nothing from them except bull and contradictory statements. They owe me $500.00 because as a test, I ordered the same product after they told me they were back-ordered after they told me they reshipped the order.

I am pursuing actions against them to get them off of the web
