Ank of america over charges fees and poor service - Bank of America

I kept getting late charges against my account that i was not prepared for because i forgot i had the account open and it kept getting charges. The fees were very high and kept acumulating. I went in and closed my account. A month later i got a statement that said again i was getting late charges. So again i went in and closed the account. A month later i got a staement in the mail that looked like account was still open so i called the 800 number. I went through an automated list of b.S. For 15 minutes finally the last option was to talk to an associate and that it was going to be a 40 minute wait on the phone and that i should try to use the automated options. I waited anyways and it only took one minute - the operater was rude and i do not like bank of america! Thay made a small fortune off of me and i don't like that.
