Ripoff their hard drive 200gig killed my motherboard

I have to say they have been good to me until now i bought a maxtor 200gig hard drive from stales. When i hook it up and turned on my computer it poped and this is slave drive D:

Now when i boot up my computer it says new hardware has been change each time i boot it up

So i call them monday 4/18 they say it was not their hard drive that did it but it was working fine just needed a biger hard drive in it now i have to pay 213 dollars for a new motherboard and Processor i think they need to pay for it
