Shutdown my server without notice, because i used a IP address i shouldnt have but they never provided me with the ones i could use

This company is a complete ripoff, they have fast sales but once you are setup up with them it takes them days to reply to your questions if they answer them at all, and the only time they answer a email or phone call is if i did something wrong not them, they shutdown the server i leased from them whenever they feel like it without any warning which has caused a loss in business.
