Aka Vrtservers.com Disconnected my server twice, both times without warning

If you ever need a webhost / server host, never ever ever use vrtservers.com /.net They have almost put my company out of business.

They shut down my server yesterday. I emailed them and asked them what is happening. They emailed me back 24 hours later informing me I have not paid. I then ask them where is the invoice? They didn't reply. I email their billing department, requesting an invoice to be sent to me, so that I can pay them. They invoice me for $88, and I immediately pay it. They brought my server back up, and everything was perfect for 24 hours. My server went down AGAIN. I emailed again, requesting an explanation. They then inform me I didn't pay $50.

What $50?? They never TOLD me about the $50?? I emailed them back, and they said it was for bandwidth over usage. I then asked them WHY didn't they invoice me for this amount BEFORE switching off my server again, causing a huge financial loss to my company. I asked them to explain this to me. They never replied.

I end up paying the $50, as they refused to put my server back online. After paying, I do not hear a word from them. I emailed them twice asking for an explanation.

They email back the following, and I quote: "The tech support clearly stated that your server will be shutdown if it is not paid. Also, you also stated to us that you do not with to pay the $50.00. At that moment, we removed the server. As you paid it late, then we will have to
set you up a new server. We already submit a request for a new order to the tech support"

They deleted EVERYTHING. Every last document. All my databases, my entire company. They refuse to explain themselves. They refuse a refund. They stole my money, they are thieves.

Today, I sit without my server, and without my money.
