Basically, they think they have a right to take your website offline without any notice to you and for any reason. If they think you owe them $0.90 they will take it off just like boom! It will take you a long time to find out why they did that and settle the issue with their billing department (which takes DAYS to reply to e-mail). All along your website is down!

They think they can just pull your website at any moment for any reason without any notice. The burden is on you to contact them, find out what they want and settle the issue. As for the business and visitors you lost - as for the embarrassment and loss of reputation. Web surfers coming to a locked page with some German text (the company is from Germany actually). Well - in their view - that's your problem.

Their prices are indeed very low. But don't be fooled. One lockout like that will do irrepairable damage to your business or personal website. Also their billing is fraudulent but I could write another page just on that.
