Ripped off. Order not sent

I never got my order. I tried calling them many times and have had no luck in getting my order or a refund from them. I called my bank and got my money back but still no responds from this company. I spoke with a rep Sally once after I filled a complaint with the BBB and she said my items were sent but NO they were not I also asked for a tracking from ups and she could not release the info, WHAT A JOKE. Do not order if you do not want to loss your money. Thank you Sally for all the lieing.
