Ripoff charged credit card and did not deliver dedicated server, they steal your payment

Never get from them, they offer very attractive prices and free custom OS installs, but when I ordered a dedicated server with a custom OS install, they said it will be ready in a few days, now its more than a week and Ive been emailing them for several days now asking the status of my order and they have not replied. I already paid for the server - they just stole my payment. I dont know if I'll still ever be able to get my order.
