Computer Repair Ripoff

Several months ago, I joined this company to perform customer onsite PC repairs. The customers were folks who purchased a warranty on their PC from Circuit City, Best Buy, and Sears. The process was easy. Parts were shipped to my house, I contacted the customer to arrange a visit and install the new part. Once performed, I returned the old part with a provided DHL shipping label. I performed this work at $25.00 per customer. After performing this work for a couple months, I was informed some of the used parts did not make it back. Although I tracked the parts and did confirm they arrived, I was told they did not. Therefore, I was charged for those parts. I was owed 350.00 for the work performed and charged 310.00 for parts they claim never made it back. I never even received the $40.00 difference and was slandered when I continued to request this issue be cleared up. Fraud.
