This company has very poor customer service, managment must be an issue, could not even ship the right parts. I was told that there will not be an issue and the parts will not get mixed up, wrong. I was told that they shipped the parts to the company that is supposed to fix the car, no they sent it to my house. Then I was told that I have to ship it back to get the right parts, so they never contacted me that a shipping company was coming to get the parts, so they called FED EX calls me after 3 attempts and tells me that the company now wants me to ship it back. The whole time FED EX comes to get the part, I'm at work not knowing that they have been to my house to get the part. Call they company on my first 10min break, they put me on hold for 5min, then they tell me its not there fault that the wrong part was shipped, and that I need to get my " homies " to go to my house to ship the part for me. So, I asked they sales rep. Do they even sell the right part for my car, he tells me I dont know look on the " internet ". What the hell, going to a Lawyer as soon as I can because working from 4AM-930;10PM everything is closed. I want to sue this company so, they feel my pain, that they put me through. I get up everyday to serve my country as a Soldier in the Army and this is how my country thanks me great work USA.
