Paypal Ripoff Account Hacked and PayPal is No Help Whatsoeve

I just want to bang my head against the wall everytime I think about Paypal. What happened was back in June I noticed some mysterious charges of $500 and $700 withdrawn from my checking account via checkcard. I noticed this around 2 am or so and logged into paypal to see 3 different bogus transactions, for $500 $700 and $500. The other $500 going to a credit card I had on file.

Now I had not used paypal for a few months let alone just logged in, until I found I was hacked. I mean it was blatantly obvious I did not authorize the transactions, and all the information is linked there.

I IMMEDIATELY attempted to Call them, after navigating their website i finally found the phone number, but customer service wasn't open til later in the morning. SO I tried sending an e-mail, but since they don't give you a direct e-mail, its ridiculous so I ended up sending like 5 different e-mails just because I was panicking.

Basically to sum things up I then called in that very morning once it was open and the guy on the phone was 0 help whatsoever. I then kept running in circles trying to get in touch with paypal, and was eventually sent an e-mail saying that basically there was nothing wrong with those transactions and I'm SOL.

It literally gives me headache everytime I think about paypal or try to deal with it, and I'm hoping by using this I can get something accomplished.
