Used my name and my husbands social # ripoff

On 2-5 I recieved my phone bill from century tel which i horribly dred each month because i know there will be calls on there that i know nothing about. I even turned my long distance off in march because i thought my two teenage sons were doing this. So after they left in may i had it turned back on. Well here came those big phone bills again.

So i just started opening my bills looking at the amount and paying what i could. Well yesterday when i got my century tel bill i was looking through because i had only one week ago got internet service with them. When i got to the last page i seen a bil for 14.95 so i called centurytel and they told me to call the number on the bill which i did it was to the billing source who in turn connected me to totali protect llc.

I had recently called to have my name put on a no call list and i thought when i ask them if this was what it was they explained to me it was a call program i had set up. My name was right. My address was right. My phone number was right but they were using my husbands social security number which in turn made me very angry. I told them i had never authorized this account and ask how they did this they assured me i had. So i ask them if i had why would i use my husbands number instead of my own. They told me it was manually typed on a computer well since i only got my 1 week ago i knew better than that. They told me they would credit me back up to november.

I was schoked i said november how long has this been going on well this accout was sighned onto august 4 at 1;54 P.M. I about died. I couldn't believe i had been so stupid. I am angry this had caused me to accuse my boys of things they did'nt. The high phone bills that caused fights between my husband and i but at least now i know and i will not put up with this. I do not appreciate people steeling from me and my family
